This Privacy Policy explains how Station Logic ("we") collects and uses information when you use our pixel attendance board and avatar features. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

- Account: Email, password (hashed), login metadata; optional Google OAuth identifier.
- Workspace: Business/workspace info, subscription status, Stripe customer identifiers.
- Team & Attendance: Team member names/roles, attendance states, optional emails, avatar prompts and generated images.
- Payments: Processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details.
- Usage/Diagnostics: Device/browser info, IP address, feature usage, and error logs; product analytics only if enabled.
If you add team member data, you are responsible for providing notice/consent where required.

- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Respond to support and product feedback
- Improve reliability and security; prevent fraud/abuse

5. Processors
We use subprocessors to run the Service. Core examples: Supabase (auth, database, storage), Stripe (payments), the current avatar generation provider, and optional PostHog (analytics, disabled by default). We contractually require processors to protect data; the list may change as the Service evolves.

- Session cookies are required for authentication and core functionality.
- Analytics cookies/events are optional and used only if analytics is enabled.
You can control cookies in your browser; disabling session cookies breaks sign-in.
7. Sharing
- Within your workspace to owners/managers you authorize
- With processors under contract to provide the Service
- For legal or safety reasons when required by law
- In a business transaction (merger/acquisition) with notice
We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their advertising.
8. Retention
We keep data while your account or workspace is active and as needed to provide the Service. After cancellation or deletion, we retain limited records for a short period for recovery and as required for billing, security, or legal obligations.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (e.g., HTTPS, access controls). No system is 100% secure; we encourage strong passwords and prompt reporting of issues.
10. Your Choices
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at hello@stationlogic.app. Workspace owners may also handle exports or deletions for their teams.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. International Transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and other locations where our processors operate. We use appropriate safeguards when transfers are required by law.
13. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
